Search
Search covers everything on Nuts at once — people, communities, and posts — with tabs to narrow the results down to one type.
Searching
- Tap the search icon at the top of your feed.
- Type at least two characters. Results start appearing as you type.
- Use the tabs above the results to filter by People, Communities, or Posts.
- Tap any result to open it — a profile, a community, or the post itself.
Before you start typing, the search screen shows a simple empty state prompting you to search — there’s nothing to browse there yet.
On the web
Search works the same way at nuts.social, with two extras:
- A fourth All tab shows a combined preview of people, communities, and posts together, instead of picking a type first.
- Before you type anything, the page shows your recent searches and a trending hashtags list you can tap straight into — both are unique to the web version.
