Payment Methods
Wherever Nuts asks you to pay — subscribing to Nuts Premium, or a paid booking — you can generally choose between a card and crypto.
Card
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe , a widely used payment processor. Nuts never sees or stores your card details — Stripe’s own checkout page handles that. Managing an active subscription (switching plans, updating your card, or cancelling) also happens through Stripe’s secure billing portal.
Crypto
You can also pay in USDC sent from your Nuts wallet — the wallet Nuts creates for your account automatically (see Wallet Overview). Nuts supports USDC on two networks:
- Solana (SPL USDC)
- Base (ERC-20 USDC)
To pay this way, pick a network, review the amount, and confirm — Nuts builds and sends the transfer from your wallet and verifies it on-chain before unlocking whatever you paid for. Paying with crypto is currently available in the Nuts app.
Where these are used
- Nuts Premium — subscribe with a card or with crypto. See Managing Your Subscription.
- Bookings — a paid booking with a creator is designed to work the same way, with the payment held in escrow until the meeting happens. See Payments, Escrow & Refunds for how that protection works.
