Email support
Write to support@nuts.social. This is the general inbox for account issues, bugs, and anything else that doesn’t fit a specific category below.
A few requests go to more specific addresses instead:
- Privacy or data requests — privacy@nuts.social
- Copyright takedowns and counter-notices — use the dedicated Copyright & DMCA form on the web, or email copyright@nuts.social directly
What to include
A few details up front save a round trip:
- The email, social account, or handle your Nuts account is signed in with
- Whether you’re on the web app, Android, or iOS, and your app version — on mobile, this is at the bottom of Settings (see Troubleshooting for exactly where)
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if the issue is something visual
Response times
Nuts is a small team, so replies aren’t instant, but every message to support@nuts.social is read. Account and safety issues are prioritized over general feedback.
Reporting content instead of contacting support
If your issue is about something someone else posted — harassment, spam, or content that breaks the Community Guidelines — use the in-app Report option on that post, comment, or profile instead of email. It routes directly to moderation and gets handled faster than a general support request. See Reporting Content & Users.
