Terms of Service

Nuts’ Terms of Service cover the rules of using the platform: you need to be at least 18 to create an account, you’re responsible for your account and for the content you post, and you keep ownership of what you post while granting Nuts a license to display and distribute it on the platform. They also cover Nuts’ blockchain features — your Privy-backed wallet, on-chain transactions, and Aura — including that blockchain transactions are irreversible and you’re responsible for the security of your own wallet. Community creators and moderators are responsible for enforcing their community’s rules, but Nuts can still remove any community or content that breaks these Terms, regardless of that community’s own rules.
